Deliveries are made by P-Air Systems or partner transport companies, to the address indicated by the customer.
Execution and delivery deadlines are set depending on the project complexity.

VII. Warranty and Returns

All products manufactured by P-Air Systems are covered by a warranty in accordance with Romanian law and the sales contract specifications.
The warranty duration and terms are detailed in the technical documentation accompanying each product.

Custom-made products cannot be returned unless manufacturing defects attributable to the producer are proven.

VIII. Limitation of Liability

S.C. POP INDUSTRY S.R.L. shall not be liable for:

  • errors or omissions on the website;
  • temporary unavailability of the platform;
  • indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the information provided.
