Structure
The metal frame supports the tarpaulin system and determines the shape, height and usable volume of the trailer.
It can be configured according to the trailer dimensions and can incorporate vertical posts, crossbars, reinforcement elements and lateral supports.
Depending on the application, selected components can be made removable to provide easier access to the cargo and greater flexibility when using the trailer.
Fastening & Access
Access and fastening systems directly influence how easily the tarpaulin can be used in everyday operations.
Depending on the selected configuration, the system can include rear or side openings, roll-up sections and different fastening and tensioning solutions.

Small Trailer Tarpaulins
The PS range is designed for compact trailers with an internal length of up to 240 cm. It is a practical solution for personal transport, household activities and light utility applications.
The galvanised round-tube frame provides strength without adding unnecessary weight to the trailer. The pitched roof helps drain rainwater, while rear access allows goods to be loaded and unloaded quickly.
The tarpaulin is made from 650 g/m² PVC and secured using buttons, elastic cord and PVC straps. Individual components can be installed directly onto the trailer by one person without pre-assembling the entire frame.
Medium Trailer Tarpaulins
The PM range provides a balance between capacity, strength and accessibility. It is designed for trailers with an internal length between 241 and 300 cm, commonly used for commercial transport and medium-duty professional applications.
The structure is manufactured from 25 × 25 mm galvanised square tubing, with reinforcement elements and internal wooden slats. The flat roof and access from all four sides provide convenient access to the cargo regardless of its position.
The system can be configured with aluminium slats, sliding curtains, roll-up tarpaulins, Roll-Fix systems or hinged panels with gas struts. The structure can also be installed by one person.
High-Capacity Trailer Tarpaulins
The PH range is designed for trailers and platforms with an internal length of more than 300 cm. Its increased capacity makes it suitable for professional transport of bulky goods and intensive use.
The reinforced frame is manufactured from 30 × 60 mm galvanised square tubing, providing the stability required for larger tarpaulin surfaces. Internal slats help protect the material and reduce movement while travelling, while access from all four sides simplifies loading operations.
Configurations can include sliding curtains, roll-up systems, Roll-Fix, hinged panels with gas struts or a 45° sloping front section designed to create a more aerodynamic profile.

Flat Roof
